Individual Therapy

For Trauma, Addiction, and Family Members of Addicts

    • Do you feel like you're constantly in survival mode, even when things seem calm?

    • Are past experiences affecting your relationships, work, or sense of self today?

    • Have you tried to "move on," but still feel stuck, numb, or overwhelmed?

    • Are you struggling with alcohol or drug addiction? Or maybe just want help to cut back or quit?

    • Do you need additional support beyond working with a sponsor or attending group meetings?

    • Have you recently completed treatment but feel uncertain about how to build your recovery support system?

    • Do you have a friend or a family member who is struggling with addiction? Currently in treatment? Or working on their recovery?

    • Do you feel hurt, angry, scared, anxious, resentful, overwhelmed, etc. as a result of your loved one’s addiction?

    • Does it seem like your loved one is so deep into their addiction that they are pulling you in with them?

I provide individual therapy sessions in-person or online (telehealth) to adults (21+) who may be struggling with the effects of trauma, addiction, and/or witnessing a loved one struggle with addiction.

I offer compassionate therapy to help you regain emotional balance and live a life free from the weight of these challenges.

Each session is 50 minutes long. During this time, we can evaluate your needs and utilize both body-based and/or talk therapy methods to help you cultivate your core sense of Self to feel secure and whole.
